Provides the software platform for the Game on the Seventh Continent (hereinafter referred to it as the Game”), a virtual continent where Participants are free to choose which course of action they wish to pursue. In order to participate, as part of your Participant Account (for more details on Participant Account” please read the EULA), you provide Operator with self-registered Personal Data during the Registration process and automatically-registered Personal and Anonymous Data while using the Game. Operator wishes each Participant to feel safe when he or she uses the Game and therefore have adopted a Privacy Policy that respects and protects the privacy of all Participants of the Game. Please read it carefully!

Short definitions

Self-registered Personal data are provided by you or by any social network account to Operator as part of the Registration process: this includes information such as your name, birth date, gender, full address (optional), telephone number (optional), e-mail address and your name on the Seventh Continent. You have the option to give Operators financial service providers your credit or debit card information and/or your bank account information which you provide when you decide to purchase Products and Services in real currency (for more details on purchase of Products and Services in real currency” please read the Terms of Sale Agreement). The registration of this information is necessary in order for you to participate in the Game when purchasing Products and Services for USD or Euro, for Operator to sell, provide and/or refund Products and Services of the Game for real currency. Note that the term "Personal Data", as used herein, is the same as "Personal data" as defined in Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Automatically-Registered Personal and/or Anonymous Data are collected and stored by Operators database in the Game. This includes automatically collected anonymous information which is not personal, such as your IP address, what time you visited the Game and for how long, and data about your browser. This information helps Operator to provide you with a better service.

How do we secure your Personal Data?

Operator has taken measures to assure that the data collected will remain secure and free from modifications. Such security actions include a secure network and passwords, using PayPal or other banks secure network, a stringent controlled access to all Personal Data, and strict finite access to financial information that are encrypted. Operator will also take sensible steps, which are in Operators control, to assure that third parties who receive information from us will provide adequate protection of Personal Data. Please note that if in the future you will be able to link to other sites from the Game, this Privacy Policy does not apply to, and cannot control the activities on those other websites.

How can you control and change the data that you provided Operator with?

As an active Participant you can at any time see what Personal Data is registered to your Participant Account via your Profile” on the Game website.
If you wish to correct any registered data you do not need to contact Operator. You can do it yourself directly in your Profile” area on the Game website.
In order to protect your Participant Account and counteract fraud, Operator reserves the right to refuse modifications in your Participant Account registered Personal Data, including a change of name, birth date, gender and email address, if Operator has reason to believe that you intentionally registered false information during your Registration process.

How do we use the information we collect?

When you fill in the Registration form in order to obtain your Participant Account you must register your Personal Data (i.e. information that specifically identifies you) and choose a login and password. Your login can be your name on the Seventh Continent, which is your Avatar name in the Game. When registering through a social network account data are provided automatically and your Avatar name is replaced by a randomly generated number you can modify in your Profile. Participants wishing to purchase Products and Services in fiat currency in the Game are required to provide additional data, such as debit or credit card or bank account details. In addition, your web browser or client software may transmit certain automatically registered data such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, hardware and related drivers. The information that we collect is used in different ways and for different purposes regarding the process of your participation in the Game. Collected Data may be used for the following purposes:

• It allows Operator to provide Participants with a constantly improved service;
• To verify identity;
• Optimize servers for Participants convenience and for keeping the Game running efficiently;
• Answer Participants questions, send reinsuring explanations to Participants in order to improve customer relation;
• Collect necessary data for accounting purposes and financial reporting of the economic activities of Participants of the Game;
• To realize complete transactions when you purchase Products and Services in real currency in the Game;
• Detect and counteract Participants eventual misconduct and violation of the EULA, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy;
• Send product development information; or
• Send newsletters.

Mails, chats and News Board

Please note that any Personal Data that you disclose in your emails, during chats, or directly on News Board or similar display panels with public posting functions can sometimes be accessed and collected by others. Operator will not be responsible for such discloser of information. You are therefore strongly advised not to post your Personal Data in such areas.

Does Operator give your Personal Data to a third party?

All Personal Data (self- or automatically-registered) is kept strictly confidential by Operator and is never leased or sold to any third parties, except as stated in this Privacy Policy or by your previous consent.
Operator reserves the right to share all information regarding you and your use of the Game, including, but not limited to, your Personal Data, in any event that Operator is requested by the proper authorities and/or other entities worldwide seeking legal remedy against you with connection to a violation made by you or alleged to have been made by your participation in the Game.
Further, Operator may need to disclose your Personal Data to Third Party vendors, without restriction to country or nationality within the European Union and worldwide, in order to fulfill Third Party Item orders which you have made in the Game or to carry out a reclamation you have made.
By accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy you hereby acknowledge that your Personal Data is part of Operators business records and as such an asset of Operator that might be transferred to any Third Party worldwide if Operator decides to sell all or part of its business activity. The same applies in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, your Personal Data may be disclosed to Operators successor or assignee.
In special cases Operator may need to disclose your Personal Data to consultants and other service providers who perform functions on Operators behalf in order to carry out their work.
If Operator discloses or transfers your Personal Data as stated above to a Third Party, Operator do not have control over Third Party's activities, and thus cannot guaranty that the same Privacy Policy and security procedure that Operator applies will be pertained.

Special notice for minors under the age of 14

If you are under the age of 14, please, notice that children under the age of 14 may not register and create a Participant Account in the Game nor participate in the Game. Accordingly Operator does not knowingly or intentionally collect, maintain or disclose Personal Data from minors under this age.
If you are between the ages of 14 and 18 years and wish to participate to the Game, please note that you need the permission of a parent or guardian before you create your Participant Account or provide Operator with any of your Personal Data. When you register to the Game ensure never to disclose your Personal Data online, such as your real name or address, to anyone.

Special notice for parents and guardians

Operator acknowledges the importance of providing children with a safe online environment. Operator encourage parents and guardians to become familiar with the nature of content available online, including that provided in the Game, and regularly oversee their children's use of the Internet's different features. In addition parents should instruct their minor children that under no circumstances should they submit any Personal Data online like name, address telephone number etc, without the permission of their parents or guardians. If you discovered that your child has registered his or her Personal Data without your consent and you wish this information to be removed please contact Operator and please include in your request your child's Account information (login and password). Upon your request Operator will take reasonable steps to remove registered Participant Account including registered Personal Data and cancel Registration as a whole that do not comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy or the EULA.

Final notifications

By using the Game you give your consent to this Privacy Policy. Operator reserves the right to, at any time, update, revise or change this policy. and the Users of the Game ("Participants"). Participating to the Game means that Participants to the Game after registration process completed have access to Seventh Continents Products and Services including its attached Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMO RPG) open to public early 2015 both accessible at the following url address:

By accepting this Agreement Participants agree to it in its entirety, with immediate effect.

Seventh Continent is the propriety of Seventh Continent Limited a UK corporation having it's principle place of business at 18-21 Charles Street, Truro, Cornwall, UK TR1 2PQ.

In consideration of the promises set forth herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. The System identified as the Seventh Continent, including, but not limited to, computer code, text, graphics, audio files, logos, button icons, images, characters, items, concepts, data compilation, database, administrative interfaces and software, is the property of Seventh Continent Ltd. Indifferently from the national rules concerning intellectual property rights applicable in the country of the Participants or in the country where the Participants may have access to the website, all rights are reserved to Seventh Continent Ltd. following intellectual property rights of the UK and international intellectual property rights including copyright laws. Seventh Continent logo, and other marks indicated on the Games website, any Game design and any other Operators graphics, logos or button icons are registered trademarks of Seventh Continent Ltd. in Europe and in many countries outside the EU.
2. This Agreement is a legal document that details Participants rights and obligations as a Participant to the Game, entitled to a Participant Account defined below, and access to use certain related services. You cannot become a Participant of the Game until you have accepted the terms of this Agreement and attached Privacy Policy. You hereby acknowledge that your use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement and attached Privacy Policy.
3. The Operator of the Game on the Seventh Continent agrees to provide the Game "as is" to all Participants. All use of the Game is only allowed according to the terms and conditions set forth herein. All use not in accordance with this Agreement and attached Privacy Policy is specifically forbidden. This Agreement, attached Privacy Policy and the Terms of Sale Agreement are your entire agreement with the Operator and govern your use of the Game. By accepting these agreements you also agree to any additional terms and conditions that may arise from usage of affiliate systems, other Operators systems or products and services, or Third Party software and/or systems.
4. To qualify as a Participant, Participants must be at least 18 years old. If Participants are not 18 years old but are at least 14 years old, they may still partake, but only if their Participant Account was created and registered by their parent or guardian. Any rights Participants might have according to this Agreement will be void and without effect, and will not be entitled access to the Game, if Participants do not satisfy the age requirement.
5. The Operator provides the Game as a service, described as a virtual continent that also includes an economic simulation. The Game is composed of an online economy ("City") and a downloadable MMO RPG. Access to both is free of charges. The Operator reserves the right to modify access to the Game at any time and operate it on a one time access fee basis.
6. Participation to the Game may be called "citizenship of the Seventh Continent" and Participants may be identified in the Game as "citizens of the Seventh Continent".
7. Upon completion of the registration process, Participants will choose their password ("Password"), login name ("Login") which will be the name of their Avatar, personal information (for more details on "Personal Data" please read the Privacy Policy) and provide us with their e-mail address all together called: "Participant Account" that are uniquely associated with the participation. Operator encourages Participants to enable Google Authenticator for a higher security and for a better protection of Participants' accounts. All of Participants access to the Game will be through that Participant Account, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement. A Participant Account supplies access to the Game on the Seventh Continent® online virtual land. On the virtual land Participants will be able and also supposed to interact with other Participants, artificial intelligence directed players and online constructs such as the economy of the Game. Participants' interactions will be through an "Avatar", or virtual persona/alter-ego in the RPG part of the Game, and later on in the City as well, and through a complete web based user interface in the City, and are regulated by the Rules of Conduct section in Paragraph 35 below.
8. By completing the registration process as above, the Participant give his/her consent to the Operator to begin performing the services available through the Game. Participants further agree to obey the Rules of Conduct. Violation of the Rules of Conduct or the EULA as a whole may result in termination of the Account with immediate effect.
9. To participate to the Game Participants must provide current, complete and accurate information, including, without limitation to, information such as Participant name, birth date, gender, full address, telephone number and e-mail address in each part of Participants Account application, and PayPal account on an optional basis. Later bank account and/or credit/debit card information in the case of purchasing Products and Services in the Game or for refunds ("Optional Data") shall be also provided by Participants. Participants Personal Data will be protected by Operator according to Paragraph 11 of this Agreement. You agree to update any registration information that you provide whenever it is changed so that Operator's records are correct. Operator reserves the right to terminate Participant Account if Participant provides false or misleading information: Operator and its affiliates further reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse approval of a Participant Account, to refuse access to a Participant Account, to terminate a Participant Account and to remove, edit or add content, without notice.
10. It is strictly prohibited to allow another person to have access to a Participant Account. Participants are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their Participant Account, Login, Password and/or Google Authenticator codes when enabled, and for restricting access to the Participant Account and to their computer. Operator never asks for this information. Participants agree to accept personal liability for all actions that occur through their Participant Account or through the use of their Login and/or Password, whether done by them or by someone else using the Participant Account. Participants agree to hold Operator free from liability for any improper or illegal use of Participant Account. The terms of this Agreement shall extend to anyone else using Participants Participant Account. If Participants should happen to willfully or otherwise reveal their Password and/or Login, Participants have relinquished their right to any assistance regarding the possible outcomes or consequences based upon their actions. Participant Account may be terminated if Participant let someone else use it inappropriately. If Participant Account is terminated for any reason, Operator is under no obligation to provide Participant a license to use the Game in the future.
11. Operator gives access to a virtual continent to Participants all over the planet Earth. A Participant may choose to appear with his or her own name or use a nickname in the virtual world. A Participant is able to interact with none, few or many other Participants. Operator intends to keep the identity of each Participant private to him or herself and to handle Participants Personal Optional Data confidentially and according to Operator's Privacy Policy. No logged information is used to determine any personally identifiable information about Participants. Operator registers Participants Personal Optional Data as well as certain automatically collected anonymous information, such as IP address and some information about Participants hardware and related drivers to provide a better service, for the necessity of transferring virtual funds between Operator and the Participant, and for the purposes of identity verification, detection and counteraction of fraud and Agreement violations and in order to balance the load on the System. By Participants acceptance and use of the Game and by providing Operator and/or Operator affiliates with Participants' Personal Data, Participants hereby consent to and approve of the collection, processing and storage of their Personal Data, its transmission to Operator affiliates and its use for these purposes. In any event that Operator is requested by the proper authorities and/or other entities seeking legal remedy against Participants with connection to a violation made by Participants or alleged to have been made by Participants participation in the Game, Operator may share all information regarding Participants and their use of the Game, including, but not limited to, Personal Data with the exception of Google Authenticator and related services operated by Third Party.
12. The Participant acknowledges that he or she shall have only a limited, non-exclusive, license to access and make personal use of the Game. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that he or she will not use the Game for any illegal purpose according to any law, local, national or international. The Participant agrees that he or she will use the Game carefully and will not use it in any way that might result in any loss of his or her or any Third Party's property, information or other legal right. Operator will not take any responsibility if this should occur.
13. The Participant agrees not to translate, modify, copy, printout, disassemble, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Game system, code, or any firmware, circuit board or software provided therewith. The Participant also agrees not to hack into or interfere with any data communication to or from the Game servers, clients, and systems, as well as not to use any other software than the Game Client to interpret or influence data sent to or from the Game server and client systems. The Participant also agrees upon not using any Third Party software or equipment that influences the Game in any way. The Participant agrees upon not tampering, removing (except complete uninstallation), adding, or changing the installed Game Client Software and its associated files in any way whatsoever.
14. Operator may terminate this Agreement upon notice to the Participant, and may be for one or more Participants. Operator reserves the right, pursuant to the conditions set forth in the Rules of Conduct in Section 20, to terminate Participant Account and this Agreement without notice, at Operator's sole discretion, if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. In the event that Participant Account is locked or terminated, no refund will be granted. Any delinquent or unresolved issues relating to former participation must be resolved before Operator will permit you to have a new Account.
15. Participants acknowledge and agree that their Participant Account will be deemed inactive if it is not used for a period of one year, 365 days consecutive days. Upon purging inactive Participant Account, the Participant Account will be locked and all item(s) will be lost. Participants hereby explicitly consent that their inactive Participant Account is deemed to have abandoned by them and to assign Operator all rights in their inactive Participant Account according to the procedures established in this Paragraph 14. Participants hereby discharge Operator, any affiliate of Operator and their respective officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses to Participants arising out of, or relating to, any inactive or/and purged Participant Account. In addition, Participants virtual real estate will be reclaimed by Operator and Participants Avatar skills will be erased. Upon verification of Participants identity, Operator may, at Operator's sole discretion, reactivate Participant Account, but Participants will never be able to retrieve the items, estate deeds or skills that were purged due to Participant Account inactivity. If Participants wish to cancel their Participant Account at any time, they can do so in the Profile section of the Game website. Operator reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges or costs incurred before Participants cancel their Participant Account. For further details please read the Terms of Sale Agreement. In addition, Participants are responsible for any charges incurred to Third-Party vendors or content providers prior to their cancellation. Operator reserves the right to reactivate a Participant Account, at Operator's sole discretion, upon fulfillment of required identity verification or other conditions.
16. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination of this Agreement do survive its termination, including, but not limited to, provisions on ownership, proprietary rights, warranty disclaimers and liability and remedy limitations. If any provision of this Agreement shall be void or unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of this Agreement.
17. Virtual items will often have names similar or identical to corresponding physical categories such as "citizens", "real estate", "money account" and the names of specific items in those categories such as "condominium", "Robot Trader", "vehicle" etc. Despite the similar names, all virtual items are part of the System and Operator retains all rights, title, and interest in all parts including, but not limited to Avatars and Virtual Items; these retained rights include, without limitation, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and other proprietary rights throughout the world. As part of Participants interactions with the System, Participants may acquire, create, design, or modify Virtual Items only for the purpose of using the Game, but Participants agree that they will not gain any ownership interest whatsoever in any Virtual Item, no intellectual property rights will arise from it, and they hereby assign to Operator all of their rights, title and interest in any such Virtual Item. Images and advertisements are excluded that Participants will upload on their companies' buildings.
18. The Game is fitted with a developed virtual economy system that enables Participants to carry out transactions with other Participants, in which buyers and sellers exchange Digital or Real Products, Virtual Items, Digital or Virtual Services and Funds. Participants acknowledge that any exchange carried out using any Non-Approved transaction procedure is at their own risk. Operator reserves the right to take any necessary measures for the purpose of preventing and acting against frauds and Non-Approved Transactions, including, but not limited to, making a reservation against a suspected Transaction, and terminating a directly or indirectly involved Participant Account, if Operator judges that the Transaction was not performed in compliance to this Agreement. Additional terms shall apply for all financial transaction involving real currency, the USD. For further information see Terms of Sale Agreement.
19. The Game allows communications submitted by Participants ("Participant Content") and the hosting of such Participant Contents. In connection with Participant Content, Participants agree that they will not:
    1. submit materials that are copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless Participants are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner(s) to submit the materials;
    2. publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Operator or any third party;
    3. submit material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, pornographic, hateful, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
    4. post advertisements or business solicitations not related to participation in the Game;
    5. use company names that are registered in any country of the world, unless prior agreement is signed between Participant and the Operator for the purpose of advertisement;
    6. copy materials submitted by other Participants;
    7. tamper or interact with the hosting facilities provided by Operator in any way other than through the uploading and deleting functions provided through the Game.
    Operator reserves the right to remove Participant Content without prior notice.
20. Operator does not permit copyright infracting activities and infraction of intellectual property rights in the Game, and Operator will remove all Participant Content when properly notified that such Participant Content infracts on another's intellectual property rights. Operator also reserves the right to decide whether a Participant Content is appropriate and complies with this Agreement for violations other than copyright infraction and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, excessive length or any offensive behaviors described in Paragraph 35 of this Agreement. Operator may remove such Participant Content and/or terminate a Participant's access for uploading such material in violation of this Agreement at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
21. Operator represents and warrants that it has the requisite right and legal authority to grant the license and to provide the Game. The Game is provided to you "as is". The Game is not warranted by operator to be error or bug free. Operator makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the Game. All warranties, whether expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
22. This Agreement is to be governed by, construed and enforced according to the laws of U.A.E. You agree that any future dispute that might arise between you and Operator is to be governed by the laws of U.A.E. and that any principles of conflicts of laws will not be applicable with regards to this Agreement.
23. The Participant may purchase Products and Services in real currency and benefit from refunds of funds available on his/her virtual USD Account. Operator may refuse a refund, if unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide or if it is suspected that the refund may involve fraudulent activity. Operator acknowledges the responsibility to maintain records of all transactions. Operator's transaction records shall be conclusive proof of the transaction carried out to or from your virtual Accounts. Virtual Account deficits in any situation apart from those described herein are the responsibility of the Participant. Operator accepts no responsibility for funds misplaced or misused in any incidence, regardless of reason. All transactions into or from the Game must be through Operator's Approved Transaction system. For further information please see the Terms of Sale Agreement and the accurate sections of the Game website.
24. The Game is not providing any gambling opportunities to the Participants and cannot be considered as a gaming website prohibited in some countries. All virtual transactions within the Game are generated by the Participants and companies owned by the Cities. The success of Participants' virtual business within the Game depends on their own skills and aptitude to manage their own virtual companies in the Game. Since companies owned by the Cities only realize limited transactions, principally between themselves they are not considered regulators of the Game nor interfering in the Game with effect to the outcome of Participants virtual or "real" business.
25. The Game does not provide any financial service and will not offer any banking services to the Participants. Real money transactions to, from or within the Game are considered purchases of virtual products and/or services in an ordinary web shop.
26. Operator provides the software platform for the Game, a virtual Continent where Participants are free to choose the course of action they wish to pursue. Participants agree to not hold Operator and affiliated subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunications providers and content providers liable for any claims and expenses, including attorneys fees, that arise from a breach of this Agreement or are made by other participants related to Participants use of the Game or the Internet, or in connection with your transmission of any content using the Game.
27. Operator shall, in no event, be liable to Participants for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damage, or economic loss arising from the use of the Game. Operator's liability towards any participant shall, if acknowledged, in each incidence be limited to no more than the actual amount indicated on the virtual accounts by said participant in the Game minus related fees that shall apply.
28. Participants acknowledge that Operator shall not be liable to Participants for the loss of any data or electronic files, including, but not limited to, Participant Account, Avatar and items, for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, server failure, interruptions, Internet latency, viruses, defects, errors of Operator and/or its affiliates.
29. Operator's failure to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement. Operator reserves the right to interrupt the Game with or without prior notice for any reason or no reason. You agree that Operator will not be liable for any interruption of the Game, delay or failure to perform. Operator does not endorse any Participant Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Operator expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Participant Content.
    Operator expressly disclaims all representation and warranties regarding products or services Participants obtain from third parties during their use of the Game. Participants agree to look solely to Third Parties for any and all claims regarding such transactions with Third Parties.
30. This Agreement is not assignable by Participants and shall be binding upon and inured to the benefit of the Parties and their respective administrators, successors and Assigns.
31. Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.
32. Operator may, at any time, update, revise or change the internal data and balancing of the System, without any notice or responsibility for compensation due to loss or gain of value due to these changes.
33. Without limiting Operator's legal remedies, if Participants violate any part of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, Participant Account may be terminated, locked, or warned in the form of a temporary lockdown. Any action taken against Participant Account due to a violation is the decision of Operator and is final. Any claims, virtual items, funds, etc, located on a locked Avatar Account will be forfeited and any virtual fund transactions pending will be revoked. Upon verification of Participant's identity, Operator may, at Operator's sole discretion, reactivate the Participant Account.
34. Participants agree to indemnify Operator upon its request against any liability, claim and cost arising from breach of this Agreement or in connection with the use of Participant Account.
35. Special clauses for the Rules of Conduct
    
    All users of the Game are real people interacting in the form of avatars. Consider the feelings of other people in what you say and do. Participants are relating to a real person, not a computer character. Think before you speak and act or you may make mistakes that will prevent you from making friends and becoming part of the larger community. Treat others like you want to be treated. Show respect. Speak up for your opinions, but don't insult other people. Harassment, defamation, abuse, or threats against others through words, pictures or actions are not allowed and could result in Participant Account suspension or termination. As a participant in the Game you must abide by the following rules. If you violate any of these rules, your possibility to participate in the Game may be immediately terminated by Operator without any claims whatsoever.
    1. You cannot interfere with any other Participant's ability to enjoy the Game according to its rules.
    2. You cannot create virtual universe avatars hosting an explicit, racist, hateful, degrading, religious, sexual or other form of offensive alias.
    3. You cannot harass, threaten and cause grief or distress to another Participant in the Game.
    4. You cannot use sexually explicit or offensive language. You cannot post or communicate any defamatory content.
    5. You cannot use hateful language towards another Participant's gender, race, sexual orientation, intelligence, or religion.
    6. You are not allowed to create societies that are based on any sexist, racist, degrading or hateful philosophy directed towards real life persons, companies or organizations.
    7. You cannot engage in or communicate about any illegal activities, including pirated material, narcotics or contraband.
    8. You cannot impersonate any member of the Operator staff, or fellow Participants. You cannot impersonate being an Operator staff member, employee, or claim having association with Operator if you don't really are/have one. You cannot create any society that would indicate such links.
    9. You cannot threaten, harass, cause grief or distress to any Operator staff in or outside the virtual continent, including, but not limited to, IRC channels or public web forums.
    10. You are forbidden to 'spam' and/or 'flood' the communication system or abuse functions in the Game to cause effects not intended.
    11. You cannot use the Game to commit any illegal action and/or infringe any local, national or international laws intentionally or unintentionally.
    12. You cannot use the official Game site and/or virtual environment to supply the means of access to illegal software or materials.
    13. Gambling activities are expressly forbidden in the Game.
    14. You must report errors and bugs to Operator whenever you discover them. Neglecting to report errors or bugs, or using bugs, slow connection, Internet latency, or 'exploits' for own benefits may result in a termination of your Participant Account, including its Virtual Items, funds, and abilities.
    15. You cannot spread any rumors about Owner, Operator, the Game, and Operator Staff or Partners, that can be considered potentially damaging, using the Game, IRC or any other public forums in any media now known or not currently known, including but not limited to a web space.
    16. You cannot post or convey any Game Participant's Personal Data and/or Participant Account information, including, but not limited to, login info, in, on or outside the Game.

You are solely responsible for any information that you provide to Operator in the registration process, to Operator or to another Game Participant in any public message forum or in any other communication. You acknowledge that Operator operates as a passive conduit for your information and communications.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THESE RULES AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PARTICIPANT ACCOUNT AND THESE SAME RULES APPLY TO ANYBODY YOU ALLOW TO USE YOUR PARTICIPANT ACCOUNT.

This Agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. By accepting this Agreement and becoming a Participant you agree that Operator may, at any time, update, revise or change this Agreement. If Operator makes material changes or revisions to this Agreement, Operator may provide notice to you, via the News Board, and/or the internal mailing system and/or the e-mail address you provided upon registration. Your continued participation in the Game after notification of changes means that you have accepted the changes. If you do not want to accept the changes proposed by Operator or any of the terms in this Agreement, your only remedy is to cancel your Participant Account and cease using the Game.

It's contracted operator (hereinafter "Operator"), reserves the right to change this Agreement without notice to you so please be sure to check this Agreement prior to any purchase on the Site. The date of the current Agreement will always be included at the top of this page.

I. PERSONAL NON-COMMERCIAL USE

All virtual Products, virtual Services, Memberships and Subscriptions you purchase on the Site (collectively referred hereinafter as Products and Services) are offered solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The access to any Products and Services to you does not transfer any commercial or promotional rights in the Products and Services except those the Seventh Continent (hereinafter Game) purposely involves within the Game itself. You may not resell, rent, lease or provide Products and Services to any person who is not Participant in the Game and you shall not modify, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except for as otherwise provided for in the EULA), or create new works from, any of the Products and Services in whole or in part. Operator reserves the right to terminate your Participant Account for violation of any of these rules including the rules laid down in the EULA and the Privacy Policy. Products and Services as a brand new solution of business on the Internet are the intellectual property of Seventh Continent Ltd.

II. OPERATORS OPERATION OF SITE

In order to continuously improve the quality of Products and Services and develop new Products and Services for the benefit of the Participants to the Game Operator may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Products and Services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Having the same purpose in mind Operator may also impose limits on certain new and old features of the Products and Services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Products and Services without notice or liability. These measures shall enhance and improve the efficiency and the overall environment of the business Participants do in fiat currency or in digital currency. As a general rule however Operator will inform Participants ahead of changes. Before the introduction of changes of some Products and Services you are free to choose either you keep or sell the Products and Services you purchased that are subject to changes.

III. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Registration
If you want to purchase any Products or Services on the Site you will be required to register and set up a personal Account that will be you Profile in the Game (hereinafter "Participant Account"). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information included in your Participant Account. Your Participant Account will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
(1) keeping your Participant Account up to date and updating information as necessary; and
(2) maintaining the confidentiality of your Participant Account including all registration information and any passwords assigned to you.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs on your Participant Account. You may not:
(1) use a Participant Account of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or
(2) use a Participant Account to which another person has rights without such person's authorization. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your Participant Account.

Unauthorized Use of Your Participant Account
You are responsible for all usage or activity on your Participant Account, including the use of the Participant Account by any Third party authorized by you to use your password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Participant Account and any Memberships and/or Subscriptions, at the sole discretion of Operator. Operator reserves the right to disclose any personal information included in your Participant Account or related to your use of the Site, Products and Services, to Third Parties in the course of investigating abuse of our Products and Services.

Notice of Unauthorized Use of Participant Account
You must notify Operator of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Personal Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password, or any account information. Any breach of security shall be notified to Operator by email immediately at info@7cbit.com.

Children Under 18
Children under the age of 14 are prohibited to purchase Products and Services from the Game. If you are between the age of 14 and 18, you may only purchase Products and Services with the permission of a parent or guardian. Operator reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in its sole discretion when the age limit or parental supervision is not granted.

IV. FEES AND TAXES

Fees
You are responsible to pay all fees and charges incurred through your purchase of any Products and Services at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. Operator reserves the right in its sole discretion to bill fees and charges to any of the payment methods you have included in your Personal Account. Billing occurs at the time of purchase. Operator does not provide price protection or refunds if the price for particular Products and Services previously purchased by you is lowered or is part of a promotional offer. All Products and Services purchased and/or promotional offerings are non-refundable. In certain cases however refund is possible for Products and Services. For refunds see Registration paragraph below.

Taxes
All fees include applicable taxes in effect at the time of purchase. If tax laws are applicable to purchase realized by Participant or to refund to Participant, in the country where Participant is eligible for taxations, declaration of such revenue or other objects of applicable tax laws shall be made by Participant. Operator is not liable and declines responsibility for any no declared taxes which personal and nontransferable duty falls to Participants of the Game.

V. REGISTRATION

Registration and Subscriptions
If you register to the Game on the one hand Operator will not charge any registration fees nor any subscription fees for any of the Products and Services offered in the Game of the Seventh Continent. If you decide on the other hand to play the Game in real or digital currency you may purchase Products and Services for real or digital currency. For virtual company registration in digital currency you will have to pay a one time subscription fee (called registration fee in the Game) in Bitcoin.
Operator as responsible for the permanent maintenance and operation of the Game reserves the right to change at any time its registration and/or subscription policy and introduce later registration or subscription fees for the protection of Participants virtual business, in order to create new virtual towns or with the intent of enlarging Products and Services opportunities in the Game.

Virtual Bitcoin Account and refund
The virtual "Bitcoin Account" you created in the Game enables you to purchase additional Products and Services while your Registration is valid and chose your payment method at the time of purchase. It is considered a purchase of service or an ordinary purchase of virtual or e-products in a web shop. You may request a partial or a total refund of your funds in digital currency or in USD minus charges that may apply for withdrawing USD (for more details please see Fees and Charges supplement completing this Agreement). You can request a partial refund of available funds on the virtual Bitcoin Account (called Withdrawal of BTC in the Game) only within seven days after your first virtual company has been registered in Bitcoin within the Game. Total refund of available funds on your virtual Bitcoin and/or USD accounts is possible at any time and will not affect your Registration to the Game. No refunds will be issued for virtual company subscription fees (company registration fees), or products and services purchased through your virtual companies in the Game. For any refund, partial or total in USD charges may apply.

Special Offers
In order to allow our Participants to have access to the large variety of virtual business opportunities the Game offers, Operator do occasionally Special Offers for a limited period of time.

VI. METHODS OF PAYMENT

There are no automatic or recurrent charges in the Game. All transactions shall be initiated by the Participants themselves.

Wire transfer
If you elect to pay for Products and Services by wire transfer providing Operators banking partner with your account number you will pay an arbitrary amount you will use in the Game to purchase Products and Services at then-current price. For all wire transfer you shall indicate your e-mail address in order to be identified and funds credited to your virtual USD account.

Credit or Debit Card Payment
If you elect to pay for Products and Services by providing Operators financial service provider (Bank or other e-commerce sites) with a credit or debit card number Operators financial service provider (Bank or other e-commerce sites) will charge the amount you chose directly to your credit or debit card through Operators financial service provider (Bank or other e-commerce sites).

VII. THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Third Parties may offer products and services for sale on the Site and/or via links to Third Party sites. Operator does not warrant, and is not responsible for the products and services offered by Third Parties. Operator does not assume any responsibility or liability for the products and/or services offered by Third Parties. Please be sure to review these Third Parties terms of sale, terms of service and privacy policies prior to purchasing any products and/or services.

VIII. WARRANTIES

THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OPERATOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY AND/OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR SITE.

IX. MISCELLANEOUS

Choice of Law and Enforcement
This Agreement applies to all purchases of Products and Services and is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.A.E. Any dispute arising between you and Operator will be submitted to binding arbitration in the U.A.E. in accordance with standard rules then in effect for arbitration of commercial disputes, provided that no disputes may be arbitrated on a collective or class action basis. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable that portion will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of this Agreement.

Operator Communication
Operator reserves the right to send you electronic mail regarding billing, administrative, or legal matters relating to the purchase of Products and Services.
